We have been in business here on Sanibel since 1988. We only service the Sanibel and Captiva Islands.

1988
|
Dan Hayes had moved to Sanibel from New Jersey with his wife, Janet, and 13-year-old son Todd. He opened up Sanibel Repair Service (with a name change to come) with the idea of providing quality reliable service to the Sanibel and Captiva islands. Dan brought with him 30 years experience in the heating and air conditioning field working for the Trane company. |
1990
|
Dan’s middle son Bryan moved to Florida and joined the business. The State of Florida mandates that air conditioning contractor’s have a license in order to conduct business. Dan had achieved his license in 1988 and now it was Bryan’s turn. Bryan went for his license only after meeting the field requirements and many years’ of schooling. Today Bryan is the license holder for Sanibel Air Conditioning, Inc. |
1998

We changed our name from Sanibel Repair Service to  The name change was done to be more representative of what we do. |
2000
|
There was another addition to Todd the thirteen-year-old kid was all grown up. After graduating from the University of Central Florida he joined the ranks. |
2006
|
Dan Hayes retired, leaving Bryan and Todd to carry on the legacy of providing our customers with quality reliable service, “Being there when you need us, and remembering our customers names.” |

Even while we are ever expanding with more trucks and employees the mission statement remains the same "To provide our customers with quality reliable service, being there when you need us, and remembering our customers names."
