Sanibel Air Conditioning will provide a qualified service technician to perform a thorough clean and check on your cooling/heating system. This semi-annual check will include:

Filter cleaning or replacement
Inspect outside unit
Inspect inside unit
A/C Electrical System
Check Pressures & Temperature

Backflush condensate lines
Clean and Calibrate Controls
Estimate Operational Efficiency
Lubricate Motors
Check Freon charge

Additional benefits of your service agreement:

You will recieve a 15% discount on all additional work that is needed, including replacement of equipment.
You will no longer need to worry about routine maintenance.
You will be called every 6 months to schedule your next service check.
you are given priority service over non-service agreement customers.
You have peace of mind that your comfort system is operating at peak performace and will experience fewer breakdowns.

Payment Schedule: Please send in payment along with this agreement. All monies that are unearned will be placed in escrow.

If a repair is required you will be given a written estimate and said repair will only be performed after signed authorization is given.

This is an annual agreement and may be cancelled at any time by either party. Return of premium will be based on 90% of unearned premium less any claims for service rendered.

Prior to your expiration date you will recieve a renewal form in the mail.
