Service wil be provided during normal working ours between 8:30 and 5:00, Monday through Friday. This service agreement excludes damage due to abuse, accident, misuse, fire, floods, wind storm, or acts of God. Refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing lines not accessible, or in walls, ceilings, and floors. Moving or relocating the apparatus. Repairs due to negligence, misuse, or improper installation. Work or repairs occasioned by the enforcement of existing or future codes, building regulations, ordinances, or union regulations. Refinish, repair, or replacement of any cabinets, cabinet parts, trim, glass range tops, walls, floors, ceiling, insulation, plastic, porcelain, ducts, or chrome parts or the replacement of filters. The replacement or repair of any part caused by water contamination, corrosion or any other cause attributable to the use of water by the equipment.  Sanibel Air shall not make manufacturer’s modifications, or be liable for loss or damage, consequential or direct, arising from the operation or failure of the apparatus or its controls, or for work done on it, labor delays, food loss, obsolescence, service performed on a covered product by another company. Sanibel Air is not responsible for carpet discoloration, marring of floors or other minor damage resulting from moving equipment to facilitate making repairs to facilitate making repairs. Sanibel Air is not responsible for the replacement cost of all covered equipment if it becomes non-functioning beyond normal repair. Customer will be notified, if not replaced, covered equipment will no longer be covered under this agreement. This service agreement may be terminated by either party upon thirty days written notice. If cancelled by warranty holder, return of premium will be based upon 90% of unearned pro-rated premium less any claims paid. This service agreement is transferable from one owner to another at the same residence, upon written notification from seller, and a small administration fee.
